Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with the OBOD Store. We serve customers in the UK and around the world and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, the information below explains how returns and refunds work.
1. UK Customers and Your Legal Rights
The OBOD Store is based in the United Kingdom.
If you are a UK customer, you are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means that for most items purchased online, you have the right to:
• Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it
• Return the item within a further 14 days
• Receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
These rights apply in addition to our own returns policy below.
2. International Customers
We are happy to ship worldwide. Customers outside the UK may also return items under this policy. Please note:
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked postal service for international returns
3. Returns for Unwanted Items
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless faulty or incorrect, we cannot accept returns for:
• Perishable goods
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Personal or intimate items
• Hazardous or flammable materials

5. How to Start a Return

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at store@druidry.org within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage costs.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You will be notified by email
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are faulty or damaged. If you require a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
9. Sale Items
Items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds.
Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.
10. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received. Otherwise, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
