Collection: Imbolc

Imbolc, also known as Candlemas, is one of the eight sacred festivals celebrated in Druidry. It marks the first quiet stirrings of Spring, the returning strength of warmth and light, even as Winter still holds the land. Imbolc is a time devoted to the Feminine, to renewal and healing, and to the cleansing, life-giving power of Water. It is symbolised by the snowdrop, often the first flower to emerge, reminding us that new life begins long before it is fully seen.
